- Payroll Management: Ensure the accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for all staff.
- Procurement & Requisition Oversight: Manage the full cycle of requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor coordination for all administrative needs.
- Store & Inventory Records: Maintain precise, up-to-date records of store inventory, tools, and supplies.
- Project Support: Provide essential administrative assistance in the planning and execution of new and ongoing operational projects.
- Documentation & Filing: Ensure full compliance by maintaining proper filing and documentation for all administrative activities.
- Reporting: Generate routine operational reports using Microsoft Excel and maintain clear digital logs for audit and tracking purposes.
* Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in administration, operations, or procurement roles.
* Education: A Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
* Software Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other digital record-keeping tools.
* Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to and live near Thika, Kenya.
