Job Summary
Our client is seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses to deliver safe, high-quality
patient care across acute and specialized clinical settings. The RN will be responsible for patient
assessment, care planning, treatment administration, and collaboration with multidisciplinary
healthcare teams. Prior exposure to hospital-based and specialized care units is essential as
nurses may be assigned to comparable care environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor ongoing conditions
- Administer medications, treatments and therapies in accordance with physician orders
and clinical protocols
- Develop, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
- Accurately document patient information, interventions and outcomes in electronic
medical records (EMR)
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists and allied healthcare professionals to coordinate
care
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies and changes in patient condition
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, medications and discharge
instructions
- Maintain compliance with infection control, patient safety and regulatory standards
- Advocate for patient needs and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered care
environment
Candidates must have prior hands-on nursing experience or clinical exposure in one or more of
the following healthcare settings: ICU, ER, Medical-Surgery, Telemetry, Oncology and
NICU/PICU.
