With a firm commitment to innovation, excellence, and sustainability, they are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to become the right hand to their Managing Director (MD).

This is a critical role that demands exceptional discretion, foresight, and the ability to manage a wide array of tasks—from high-level executive administration and international event coordination to personal investment oversight. - Event & Exhibition Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of the company's participation in 3-4 major international agribusiness exhibitions each year. Your responsibilities will cover everything from stand booking and design to logistics, accommodation, and visa arrangements.

- Travel & Logistics: Arrange seamless and complex professional and personal travel itineraries for the MD and their family, managing all bookings, visa appointments, and logistics.

- Budget & Record Management: Meticulously maintain records of all exhibition and travel expenses, ensuring strict adherence to and efficient control of budgets.

- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a polished and professional point of contact between the MD and key external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and business partners.

- Confidentiality: Uphold the highest level of discretion and integrity while handling sensitive company and personal information.
